The Mayor of Guadalajara, Antonio Román, together with Juan Antonio de las Heras, the Deputy Mayor, have been invited to the Convention held by the company on an annual basis for the fifteenth consecutive year.
The company from Guadalajara celebrates in the meeting room of their premises at Plaza de Europa its Annual Convention, in his case, with the following motto “There is much work... to do”. The day begun with the opening by the Mayor of Guadalajara, who congratulated the almost two hundred employees attending the event on their effort and impetus. These qualities have helped keep the Company alive during these recent difficult years, when, due to their proven solvency and to the adaptation of the Company to the new markets, it has been consolidated as a reference company on a national level in the area, in particular, in the Corredor del Henares area, becoming an avant-garde company not only as regards the real estate sector, but also within the whole business network of the city of Guadalajara.
In the event, the whole staff and their managers went through an overview of the projects executed during the past year and of the future projects of the company, assessing the situation of the market and the new objectives to be achieved. The day had a climate of hope promoted by the volume of new projects, also confirmed by the Mayor, who mentioned certain details of a, though slow, certain recovery, which is beginning to take place, particularly in the city of Guadalajara.
Hercesa reached a significant turn point during difficult times for the sector, which led to the creation of the new real estate project business now called hi! Real Estate, an integrated real estate company specialised in the sector and which carries out building, promotion, management, and marketing activities. This area provides to the company the possibility to offer a more modern and customised product, delivering a higher quality and better prices so as to be able to adapt to the new real estate world, where hi! Real Estate has become a reference within the real estate sector and has achieved a high well-deserved reputation among its customers. More than 400 homes sold in 2014 and around 700 currently under development show the confidence of banks, investors, and customers in our project, which as can be seen, has emerged stronger after the crisis.
Antonio Román also mentioned the positive trend in the increase of the number of the employees of Hercesa and hi! Real Estate in 2014 and the relevance of the projects to be executed during 2015 in Guadalajara. In particular, he highlighted the public-private collaboration as an example of development, which will allow the beginning of the planning works during the first months of 2015 of the Ciudad del Transporte.
