Hercesa reinforces its presence at Logistics Spain 2026

Hercesa is present at Logistics Spain 2026, the international benchmark trade fair for the logistics and transport sector held in Guadalajara. This event brings together companies, institutions and experts. All of this at a key moment for the sector, marked by digitalisation, sustainability and the growing demand for logistics spaces.

During the inauguration, Alejandro Solano, Hercesa’s Director of Business, Assets and Investments, participated alongside institutional and business representatives. In this way, the company strengthens its presence in one of the main forums of the sector.

In this context, Solano highlighted Hercesa’s track record in logistics development. He also stressed that these projects are already a consolidated reality and have contributed to the economic growth of the province.

Public-private partnership for logistics development

Hercesa’s CEO, Juan José Cercadillo, took part in the round table “Administration and business: challenges for development”. He shared space with institutional and business representatives.

During his speech, he highlighted the value of public-private collaboration. According to him, this type of cooperation is key to promoting sustainable and competitive projects.

He also pointed out that forums such as Logistics Spain allow the vision of companies and institutions to be aligned. In this way, the generation of employment and new opportunities in strategic territories such as the Corredor del Henares is favoured.

Strategic logistics developments in Madrid and Guadalajara

Hercesa’s strategy focuses on the development of logistics land in key locations in the centre of the peninsula. These include municipalities such as Cabanillas del Campo, Chiloeches, Paracuellos de Jarama and Trijueque.

The company has also promoted projects such as Puerta Centro – Ciudad del Transporte and the El Ruiseñor industrial estate. These actions have contributed to attracting investment and consolidating Guadalajara as one of the main logistics hubs in Spain.

On the other hand, the development of Sector 15 in Paracuellos de Jarama stands out. This is one of the largest growing logistics areas in the Madrid area. Its strategic location and connections make it a key enclave.
