Juan José Cercadillo participates in the round table “Present and future of the province of Guadalajara”
On 29th March 2023, the informative day "EnClave Provincial" was held with the participation of prominent provincial businessmen and local authorities.

Organized as an informative breakfast, more than 150 influential people in the business and social development of the province of Guadalajara have shared reflections with the Provincial Government of Guadalajara as the backbone.
After the welcoming remarks by Alfredo Palafox, director of Nueva Alcarria, José María Alaña, CEO of Pulsar Properties and José Luis Vega, President of the Provincial Government of Guadalajara, two round tables were held.
In the first round table María Luisa Alba Hervías, Mayor of Fuencemillán, Gonzalo Bravo Bartolomé, Mayor of Arbancón, Pedro Hernández Berbería, Mayor of Cobeta and Javier Bachiller Higuera, Mayor of Driebes have expressed solutions to avoid depopulation or, in the words of Gonzalo Bravo, “what has to be done is to attract population rather than to consolidate the existing population that is already settled”. José Luis Vega has remarked that the projects must come from the town councils themselves.
The second round table was attended by José María Alaña, CEO and founder of Pulsar Propierties, Juan José Cercadillo, president of Hercesa, Irene Gómez, manager of the bakery Gustos de Antes and Jesús Alba, manager of Arte Metal Alba and mayor of Checa, who discussed their different business situations, agreeing on the lack of manpower in the capital and not so much in some other parts of the province. José Luis Vega described the problem as technical unemployment due to lack of skilled manpower and added the support given by the Provincial Government to solve the specific difficulties of each region.
Juan José Cercadillo highlighted the importance for the province of the developments that Hercesa and hi! Real Estate have carried out, such as La Cuidad de Transporte, the SI-20 Industrial Park in Cabanillas del Campo and the El Ruiseñor Industrial Park, which is scheduled to open on Monday, 3rd April 2023. All these actions have generated thousands of jobs in Guadalajara and surrounding areas. Juan José indicated that the company has land in its portfolio for new developments and called for agility in the procedures with the administration to prevent projects from being excessively delayed in time.
The day ended with its motto on everyone’s minds: Guadalajara, a province full of challenges and opportunities.
