Hercesa collaborates with CaixaBank’s ‘El Árbol de los Sueños’ (The Tree of Dreams)
Hercesa | hi! Real Estate is involved in this charity initiative and will ensure that 36 children in vulnerable situations receive a gift these Christmas holidays. The initiative is carried out with the support of employees, customers, social entities linked to the fight against child poverty and collaborating companies.

Hercesa | hi! Real Estate has participated in CaixaBank’s charitable initiative ‘El Árbol de los Sueños’ (The Tree of Dreams) to allow 36 children in disadvantaged situations in Guadalajara to receive a gift this Christmas. Each employee of the company who wishes to participate requests one of the letters written by these kids, up to 12 years old, and buys the gift to fulfill his or her dream.
“All individuals of Hercesa | hi! Real Estate are happy to continue fulfilling the dreams of children through this endearing project with the help of Social Action of CaixaBank and prove, once again, that we are committed to society.” Said Luis Francisco Guijarro, Managing Director of hi! Real Estate Real Estate.
The Tree of Dreams is a charity initiative that allows thousands of children, more than 27,000 in Spain, to receive a gift for Christmas. The distinctive feature of this action is that the children first write their requests in a letter, so that all the participants are responsible for reading them and meeting, as far as possible, the wishes of the little ones. This campaign is carried out thanks to the collaboration of 466 social entities, to the commitment of more than 250 companies such as Hercesa | hi! Real Estate y and to the commitment of the employees and customers of CaixaBank.
The 2023 edition is the sixth for CaixaBank’s ‘The Tree of Dreams’, which, since the first edition in 2018, has managed to help fulfill nearly 100,000 wishes of children at risk of poverty and social exclusion.
The following participants from Hercesa | hi! Real Estate took part in the ceremony of presentation of the gifts: Luis Francisco Guijarro, Montserrat Cercadillo, Laura Espliego and Guillermo del Olmo and from CaixaBank, Jesús Guerrero, Pablo Barranco, Yolanda Moles and José Luis Gallo.
