The team of professionals of Hercesa | hi! Real Estate, represented by their CEO, Juan José Cercadillo, received the evening’s main award from the President of the Provincial Council of Guadalajara, Mr. José Luis Vega and in the presence of the President of the Parliament of Castile-La Mancha, Mr. Pablo Bellido, the Regional Minister for Equality of the Regional Government of Castile-La Mancha, Sara Simón, and the President of CEOE-CEPYME, Ms. María Soledad García.

CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara has held a new edition of the Business Excellence Awards with a gala event, hosted by the journalist Lorena García which was attended by more than six hundred people and where tribute was paid to all the businessmen and women, freelancers, SMEs and entrepreneurs of the province of Guadalajara, claiming the figure of the entrepreneur and the unity of all and highlighting the award-winning companies, led by Hercesa | hi! Real Estate, leading company in the national real estate sector. Juan José Cercadillo was accompanied by some of the managing staff of the company, as Jose Cercadillo, CEO of hi! Real Estate, Luis Guijarro, General Manager, Javier Solano, Architect and Chief Executive Officer, Eladio Catalán, Technical Division Director, Montse Cercadillo, Commercial Division Director, Miguel Solano, Architect , Alejando Solano, Director of the Investments and Assets Department, Alejando Catalán, Project Department, Gregorio Castillo, Planing Director, Laura Espliego, Finance Department Director, Paco Castilla, Urban Planning Department, keystones and main actors of a company that, as a comprehensive real estate manager, leads all phases of its sector: residential, commercial, logistics, property, tertiary and industrial.

The “Company of the Year” award represents for Hercesa | hi! Real Estate a celebration of great value and a perfect prelude to its 50th anniversary, which will take place in 2025. Juan José Cercadillo was very grateful to the CEOE for the recognition and emphasized that “this is a very important award because it comes from the entrepreneurs themselves and from our land, Guadalajara”.

After thanking all the authorities and institutions for their presence and congratulating the rest of the award winners, Juan José Cercadillo has stressed that “the successful path, which began in 1975, is made together by the more than 450 people who make up a team that has grown rationally and that functions as a big family, which adapts to changes with an innovative mentality and confidence in the group”. He emphasized that its main mission is to put the customer at the center of all decisions, using cutting-edge technology without forgetting the human touch.

Juan José Cercadillo has made a brief review of its history, highlighting the more than 28,000 homes delivered and its main activities as a development agent, La Ciudad de Transporte and the Polígono El Ruiseñor sector, those dreams come true that have generated between 10,000 and 12,000 jobs in Guadalajara and its area of influence, a fact that makes the team of Hercesa | hi Real Estate really proud and which encourages them to keep on working to grow and improve their surroundings.
