Hercesa Inmobiliaria is developing a 106,000 m² logistics platform at Chiloeches
ICP and Hercesa Inmobiliaria announced an important collaboration agreement for the development of Sector 2 to Chiloeches.

ICP, an Engineering, Consulting and Technology Services company applied to the supply chain in Europe, and Hercesa Inmobiliaria, a leader in land transformation and urban management in the Henares Corridor, announce an important collaboration agreement for the development of Sector 2. This industrial and logistics estate, located in the municipality of Chiloeches, represents a significant milestone in the consolidation of Hercesa’s commitment to the generation of logistics land in the Henares Corridor region.
With this strategic operation, ICP strengthens its position as a leading logistics operator in Spain, thus consolidating its presence in the sector. The logistics platform with a surface area of 106,000 m² will house a 70,000 m² industrial operations centre.
This new facility will operate at the highest level to service the needs of ICP’s existing customers, growing market demand and industry developments. It will become a vital logistics hub for the region.
The development of this project in Chiloeches joins the list of projects promoted by Hercesa Inmobiliaria in the Henares corridor, which total more than 3,000,000 m². This list includes the SI-20 in Cabanillas del Campo, the SP-40 and SNP-07 (El Ruiseñor) in Guadalajara and the Transport City in Marchamalo and Guadalajara.
