Meaning and feeling
Fundación Hercesa is a non-profit organization that was created in 2001 as a reflection of our commitment to social change. Since its inception, the Foundation has been dedicated to contributing to a more inclusive society by offering training opportunities that are, in most cases, a bridge to the labor market.
With its Training Center, open since 2003, the Foundation has established itself as a collaborative center for the provision of vocational training for employment, promoting the development of skills and job placement in the region of Castilla-La Mancha. It is the only center of excellence in training in Guadalajara.
Training actions. Free courses.
At present, Fundación Hercesa offers totally free training, subsidized by the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha, the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy. This training is aimed at unemployed and employed people, to boost their personal and professional development and facilitate their access to the labor market.

Social purposes of the Hercesa Foundation
Public administrations:
We collaborate closely with public institutions in actions that support groups at risk of work and social exclusion.
Promotion of volunteers:
We train and sensitize our volunteers to provide effective support adapted to the needs of these groups.
Building alliances:
We establish partnerships with other organizations, both public and private, to achieve our social goals and expand our reach.
Conducting training activities:
We organize seminars, conferences and courses to develop skills, obtain professional certifications and facilitate the employability of participants.
