A multidisciplinary team of experts from hi! Real Estate will participate in the “Guada Norte Day” ideas lab

During the afternoon of 11th May 2023, there will be a 1-day event aimed at all the public of Guadalajara in which the speakers will delve into the different facets of the process of creating the Guada Norte housing development, chosen for its characteristics and location.

Miguel Solano, an architect, will describe how the building was designed, its dialog with the surroundings and the environmental conditions, in the search for solutions that combine pragmatism and beauty. The trajectory of the firm Solano & Catalán stands out for its commitment to honest and elegant architecture. Understanding the thoughts and worldview of the team of architects adds value to the experience of a space.

Estrella Gómez, Head of the Purchasing Department of the construction company hi! Obras y Servicios, will emphasize sustainability as the spirit that underpins decisions to purchase materials and services during the construction process. As a result, “Energy Rating A”, totally efficient homes with almost zero energy consumption are created. Estrella will explain how a construction site is a choral work that works with organization and rigor.

Another important innovation that will be discussed in the ideas lab will be the customization of the real estate product. Sandra Reyes, Head of the Design Department, has extensive experience to allow each person to express their particular way of seeing life in the finishes and materials of their homes. She will showcase the creative process of fitting customer ideas into digitized construction processes, something that hi! Real Estate offers under the name “Turn your House into a Home”.

“Guada Norte Day” aims to bring together all the aspects of the creation of a home until its acquisition by the client. Guillermo del Olmo, responsible for the Loan area in the Financial Department, will be the one who will address in a transparent way and for the sake of simplification, the process that culminates with the bank financing of a home. He will also delve into the indicators that support the future trend in the housing market based on the current economic situation in general in Spain and in particular in Guadalajara. He will demonstrate with data that buying new construction, as of today, is a unique opportunity, since it is an increasingly scarce commodity in a country that demands more than 200,000 homes per year and has the capacity to produce only 110,000.

Susana Boyano, Director of the Marketing Department and Isabel de las Heras, Sales Representative for Guadalajara of hi! Real Estate will explain how only through transparent transmission of clear and relevant messages to the customers and by accompanying them in the purchase process, a satisfactory outcome can be achieved for all, with mutual trust and ethics as values on the rise.

Montserrat Cercadillo, Director of the company’s Real Estate Division, is responsible for ensuring that all of the above ideas are coordinated with fluid communication through the efficient use of technology with mobile applications and many other customized tools, but without forgetting the human touch with the sensitivity that it implies. Montserrat encourages all those interested to attend this open house on 11th May at 19:00 h. at the hi Real Estate headquarters located at Plaza de Europa 3. As seating capacity is limited, registration is required at guadanorteday.es

All these components of the hi! Real Estate think tank are working to ensure that the “Guada Norte Day” ideas lab is the beginning of many more meetings, because Guadalajara is a city with great economic dynamism that attracts foreign investment and grows under the protection of job creation in its large strategic industrial estates such as Ciudad del Transporte or El Ruiseñor, developed and urbanized by Hercesa and hi! Real Estate, with one of the lowest unemployment rates in Spain (9.9%).

In this context, taking time to reflect on how to live comfortably and respectfully with the environment is a way to ensure a better future for all.
