Hercesa launches its new social housing development in Guadalajara: Espacio Natura.

Under the slogan "Espacio Natura, a space for living," Hercesa is putting its new development of protected housing in Guadalajara on sale.

Hercesa, a real estate developer with deep roots in Guadalajara, has announced the start of the marketing of “Espacio Natura”, its latest social housing project (VPT) in the capital of the province of Guadalajara. Located on the modern Avenida Concepción Arenal 63, next to Bulevar Clara Campoamor, the development offers 2 to 4 bedroom-homes designed to redefine the concept of urban living.

“Espacio Natura” stands out for its extensive 2,500 m2 of common areas, including large green spaces, swimming pools, paddle tennis court, gyms, picnic area and much more, offering its residents an exceptional lifestyle. The development’s strategic location, overlooking the Sierra de Guadalajara mountains, guarantees excellent communications and access to all necessary services.

The architectural design of “Espacio Natura” is characterized by its elegant lines and the use of state-of-the-art materials. The homes, with a high energy rating, offer high quality finishes and interior layouts that maximize space and natural light.

The development stands out for its focus on sustainable construction, with homes designed according to strict criteria of energy efficiency and respect for the environment. According to Montserrat Cercadillo, Hercesa’s Director of Real Estate Management, “the choice of architectural concrete panels for the façade of Espacio Natura responds to the search for aesthetics and functionality, ensuring an efficient and environmentally friendly construction process”. She later adds, “True to our corporate culture, this project incorporates innovative measures in all aspects, creating homes with high energy ratings”.

With more than 50 years of experience, Hercesa has built and delivered 30,000 homes in Spain and abroad, covering both the open market and subsidized housing, with more than 6,500 in Guadalajara alone. From its headquarters in Guadalajara, the company reaffirms its commitment to the sustainable growth of the city and the well-being of its inhabitants.
