On Thursday 14 May, the Town Hall of Yebes hosted the live broadcast of a special programme of COPE Guadalajara, held between 12:50 and 13:30 hours, which addressed various aspects related to the present and future of the municipality.

The space was attended by the mayor of Yebes, Enrique Quintana, and Montserrat Cercadillo, Director of Real Estate Management of Hercesa, among other representatives. During the broadcast, both shared their vision on the growth of Yebes and Valdeluz, as well as on the strategic role of Nueva Valdeluz as an urban project called to reinforce the residential offer, services and quality of life in the area.

During the programme, the transformation that Yebes and Valdeluz have undergone in recent years was highlighted, as well as the opportunities that are opening up with the development of Nueva Valdeluz.

The municipality has established itself as a residential area with its own identity, well connected and with the capacity to continue growing in an orderly manner. In fact, Valdeluz was born as a town planned from scratch and aimed at offering a new lifestyle, according to the Yebes Town Council itself.

In this context, the mayor of Yebes pointed out during his speech that the planned growth envisages “tripling the population thanks to Hercesa”, highlighting the importance of this development for the future of the municipality.
